Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products Delivery: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link or access to your digital products. Please ensure to provide a valid email address during the purchase process.

Delivery Timeframe: Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon purchase completion. However, delays may occur due to technical issues or payment verification. If you haven't received your digital product within 24 hours, please contact our customer support at support@theadventuresofjoy.com

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship all hard copy books and coloring books within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, with delivery expected within 60 days maximum for preordered items. Delivery times for non-preorder items typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

  • All shipments are tracked, and shipping details will be provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products. Please check back in the future as we expand our shipping options.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks and digital coloring books), returns are not accepted once the product has been downloaded. Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if there are technical issues with the product, such as corrupted files or incorrect content, that prevent usage as intended. These issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange to be considered.

Physical Products (Standard Books and Coloring Books):

  • Returns for physical products are accepted only if the product is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or fails to perform as advertised.

  • Customers must initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. They must also be in the original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

Preorders:

  • For preorder items, cancellations are allowed up to 7 days after the order has been placed. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the production process.

  • To initiate a return or report an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@daydreampixels.com. Provide your order number, the nature of the issue, and any relevant photographs (for physical products) or descriptions (for digital products).
